  • Customers may be required to provide proof of identity and entitlement to the registration number before we manufacture plates.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their plates are used legally and in accordance with UK road laws.

 

 

 

Orders & Payments

 

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Production & Delivery

Refunds & Returns

 

  • Number plates are custom-made items and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
  • Refunds will only be provided if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to our error.

 

 

 

Customer Responsibilities

 

  • Customers must ensure the registration details, style, and spacing entered at checkout are correct.
  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to fit the number plates securely and legally.

 

 

 

Intellectual Property

 

• All content, logos, and designs on our website are the property of Professor Plates and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

 

 

 

Limitation of Liability
