Refund & Returns Policy – Professor Plates

 

At Professor Plates, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

 

  • As number plates are custom-made to order, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned once production has started.
  • This policy is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK law on personalised/customised goods.




Refunds & Replacements (Exceptions)

 

We will only offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photos).
  • The item received is incorrect due to our error (wrong size, style, or details that do not match your order confirmation).

 

Cancellations

 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once we have started making your plates, cancellations are not possible.

 

How to Report an Issue

 

  • Contact us within at help@professorplates.co.uk or +447577 740433 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if damaged/incorrect).
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a refund or replacement.

 

Refund Processing Time

 

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

 

Responsibility

 

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong registration number, spacing, or style). Please double-check your order before confirming.
