At Professor Plates, we aim to get your custom number plates delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Processing Time

 

• All orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days 
• Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class / 2nd Class Signed For): Estimated 2–4 working days.
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery / Courier): Next working day delivery (when ordered before 1 PM).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, but we always do our best to ensure prompt arrival.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
• For Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery, a tracking number will be provided.

 

Packaging

• All plates are securely packaged with protective wrapping to avoid damage in transit.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
